Women are few and far between in the leadership teams of tech companies and startups. This program led by former global executive and LeanIn expert contributor, Greta Thomas, is designed to help women navigate and thrive in these fast paced, male dominated environments.
In this one day, highly interactive, small group workshop, participants will learn practical, evidence-based tools and skills that will support them to breakthrough the glass ceiling in their careers.
Greta has delivered women’s leadership programs internationally with women from a range of tech companies and male dominated industries. Participants rate the program an average of 4.8 out of 5 with many going on to be promoted or take on new responsibilities or roles.

Greta Thomas has held senior roles around the world with leading global brands including McKinsey & Company and Sydney Opera House, and she launched eBay in Australia as CMO and Bono’s (RED) in Europe and the US. She has also been involved with launching or building several other startups.
As Co-Founder of Full Potential Labs, a next-gen leadership development company, she works with leaders in numerous tech businesses and also presents regularly on the topic of advancing women here in Australia and overseas. Greta is also an Expert contributor for Sheryl Sandberg’s Lean In Foundation. Having previously been on the board of a listed fintech, she’s currently an Advisor to the board and CEO of a large Australian financial services organisation.
This is a one-day workshop that is delivered inside your business. Greta delivers the course in person, weaving in real-life examples from her career and experience. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions particular to their objectives by email in the week leading up to the workshop and Greta will personalise the content and exercises to address everyone’s goals.
