Lucy Bloomfield is a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years in the digital space. She's co-founded a successful eCommerce business Trefiel, which she grew from 0 to 10,000 customers in 18 months, with a 40% return customer rate (double the eCommerce industry average).

Now, she is the director of Business 2iC - the world’s first ethical eCommerce accelerator. She helps incredible human beings launch and build game-changing physical product businesses to 10,000 customers.

If she’s not building businesses, she’s talking, writing and speaking about the best way to do that on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.

Lucy is best known as an expert in positioning and launching physical products that sell and brands that resonate. She successfully builds businesses that have customers asking for more - even 12 months after shutting her first company, she receives messages from her previous customers asking when it will re-open. Lucy consults to emerging and escalating businesses on ethical eCommerce, growth strategy, customer retention and marketing and enjoys working with teams to help them improve their results.
