Zambesi programs are delivered using an active learning framework developed by education experts at Macquarie University. Our programs are interactive and use activities, role-play scenarios, games and reflective practice to embed the knowledge and skills taught in each module.

Stay engaged with your peer group and expert for support to implement what you’ve learnt in your business or career context. We’re developing the Zambesi platform to facilitate the ongoing participation of our alumni through forums and community events. Alumni can access Zambesi experts for ongoing mentorship.

Company founders
Rebekah Cambpell
Cofounder, CEO
Rebekah is a serial entrepreneur. At age twenty-two, she founded Scorpio Music, which grew to become one of Australia’s most successful music companies, launching the careers of Matt Corby, George, Evermore, Lisa Mitchell and many more. In 2010, she developed a new model in online ticket promotion and in 2014 she co-founded Hey You, Australia’s largest technology application for cafes and quick service restaurants. Rebekah writes extensively on entrepreneurship and innovation for The New York Times, The Australian Financial Review and her own blog.
Why Zambesi?

As CEO at Hey You, Rebekah looked for a tech team leadership program to help her CTO become better at managing people. She also needed training to upskill her sales team, marketing, designers and product managers. Every training course available was generic, taught by trainers (not leaders) and too expensive for her small-business budget.

Rebekah developed Zambesi to enable the best practitioners to share skills in a structured and affordable marketplace. Zambesi gives every business and professional access to the very best minds in their field.
